Celesteen North is a crazy 40's something mom, who loves all things urban - the buildings, the people, the hustle and bustle, the diversity, the arts, the gazillions of restaurants, cafes, and coffee shops.... you get the idea, in addition to being a restaurant junkie, crazed coffee fan, and sometimes accused " foodie" she is also a former cafe owner and 20 year veteran of the restaurant industry. Recently she has been a devoted full time mom, but is now jumping back in the saddle with a fun, new venture called
The Parent ZOO.
Maria Torres is a fellow Super Mom
from Nicaragua, who happens to be a
passionate baker, nutrion and exercise
enthusiast, as well as having studied
hospitality science. She too is a restaurant
veteran with 10 years experience under
her belt.
